The Public Order Includes The Implementation Of The Design And Implementation Of The Smr For The Building Of The District Court - The City Of Tutrakan, In Accordance With The Prescribed Measures In The Technical Passport; Structural Strengthening Of The Adjacent Retaining Wall On The Northern Side; Improvement Of The Adjacent Yard Space, Including Geoprotective Measures, In Accordance With The Results Of The Geological Surveys Of The Terrain On Which The Court Building Is Located And Implementation Of Authors Supervision During Construction, Including A Complex Of Planned And Cost-Effective Activities For The Site. The Subject Scope Of This Public Procurement Includes The Following Activities: Activity No. 1: Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Conceptual And Technical Project Phase According To The Approved Specifications, An Integral Part Of The Documentation Of The Present Order; Activity No. 2: Carrying Out Construction Activities On The Site, In Accordance With The Project, The Issued Construction Permit And The Currently Valid Regulatory Requirements; Activity No. 3: Perform Author Supervision During Construction. The Appointed Contractor Should Provide The Necessary Human And Technical Resources (Design Team, Technical Staff And Executive Staff, Machinery, Mechanization, Facilities And Materials) For The Implementation Of The Construction Activities, As Well As The Removal Of All Unsuitable Materials, Cleaning Of The Sites And All Related Predictable And Unpredictable Works To Complete The Work.
