The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Provision Of Services Related To The Organization And Management Of The Project Overcoming Inequalities In The Central African Republic In Peripheral Municipalities In The Direction Of Haskovo-Harmanli-Svilengrad For The Transition To Carbon-Neutral, Climate-Sustainable And Socially Inclusive Cities With The Number Of Isun Bg16ffpr003-2.006-0118-С01 With Beneficiary: Trolley Bus Transport Eood, Financed By Administrative Contract No. Rd-02-29-1180/03.12.2025 For The Provision Of Bfp Under The Program Development Of The Regions 2021-2027 Under The Procedure Through Direct Provision Of Bfp No. Bg16ffpr003-2.002 Support For Integrated Urban Development In 40 Urban Municipalities. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: Preparation Of Requests For Funds, Reports, References And Annexes To Them, As Well As Any Other Documentation Related To The Implementation Of The Activities, To Be Presented To The Ma, As Well As Through Isun 2020 Compliance With The Correct And Timely Implementation Of Project Activities Compliance With All Regulatory Documents Of The Rdp And General Regulatory Documents For The Implementation Of Projects Financed With Eu Funds Identifying And Reporting In A Timely Manner On Detected Irregularities In The Implementation Of The Project, As Well As On The Case In Which It Can Be Assumed That There Are Irregularities Organization And Elimination Of Deficiencies And/Or Inconsistencies In Reporting Documents Keeping Costs In Line With The Commitment Observes And Controls The Implementation Of The Individual Activities Of The Project, As Well As Applies Corrective Actions And Measures. Performs Comprehensive Monitoring Of The Project; Preparation Of Documentation For The Award Of Public Contracts For The Selection Of Contractors For The Project Activities That Were Not Announced At The Application Stage And Providing Assistance In The Stage Of Conducting The Same, If Necessary When Carrying Out Control Activities And Monitoring, The Team Will Monitor Compliance With The Clauses Of The Contracts Concluded With Contractors. Will Control And Observe The Overall Technical And Financial Implementation Of The Activities. The Physical Progress In The Implementation Of A Specific Activity Will Be Tracked, And In The Event Of A Discrepancy Between The Clauses Of The Concluded Contracts, The Actual Implementation Of Any Of The Project Activities, Lagging Behind The Implementation Schedule, Conflict With The Requirements Of The Financing Agreement And Any Other Kind Of Gaps And Discrepancies, The Team Will Propose To The Contracting Authority To Take Corrective Measures.
