The Subject Of This Public Procurement Covers The Maintenance Of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (Ups) And Static Switchgear (Sts) And The Supply Of New Ups Units, In Two Separate Items, As Follows: Dedicated Item No. 1: Providing Support For Uninterruptible Power Supplies (Ups) And Static Switchgear (Sts). Item No. 2: Supply Of New Uninterruptible Power Supplies (Ups). Important! Separate Position No. 2 Is Assigned According To The Order Valid For Its Individual Value, On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop By Direct Assignment Under Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. The Estimated Value Of Separate Item No. 2 With Subject: Supply Of New Uninterruptible Power Supplies (Ups) Is Eur 21,900 Excluding Vat, Not Exceeding 20% Of The Total Value Of The Order, As Well As The Amount Of Eur 79,998.77 Excluding Vat. Participants In This Public Procurement Should Not Submit Bids For Specific Position No. 2. The Term For The Performance Of The Services Under Specific Item No. 1 Is 2 (Two) Years, Starting From 27.10.2026. In The Event That The Date Of Signing Of The Contract By Both Parties Is After 27.10.2026, The Contract Shall Enter Into Force From The Date Indicated In The Record Number Of The Contracting Authority, Placed On Page 1 Of The Contract.
