Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Universal Postal Services For The Needs Of The Blagoevgrad District Prosecutors Office, Blagoevgrad District Prosecutors Office With Its Constituent Territorial Departments
The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Provision Of Universal Postal Services - Reception (Collection From The Address Of The Contracting Authority), Transfer (Transportation) And Delivery To The Recipient Of Postal Items From And To The Addresses Of The Contracting Authority Specified In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, For The Needs Of The Blagoevgrad District Prosecutors Office. The Activities Subject To The Order Include The Provision Of Universal Postal Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 32 Of The Postal Services Act. The Subject (Scope) Of The Public Procurement Also Includes The Following Additional Services To Postal Services, According To Art. 3, Para. 2 Zpu:- Recommendation And Delivery Notice (Return Receipt), In The Sense Of § 1, Item 36 Of The Dr Of The Zpu. The Performance Of The Services Shall Comply With The Applicable National Legislation And The Applicable By-Laws, Including: Law On Postal Services; Ordinance No. 6 Of November 1, 2011 On Postal Security Requirements; Measures To Protect The Secrecy Of Correspondence, Annex To Decision Of The Crc No. 2145/21.11.2012; Standards For The Quality Of The Universal Postal Service; General Rules For The Delivery Of Postal Items And Postal Parcels.
