Tenders are invited for Construction of the Civil Service Commission Headquarter Galmudug (Dhusamareb) The Federal Government of Somalia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Somali Enhancing Public Resource Management Project (SERP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Construction of the Civil Service Commission Headquarter-Galmudug Dhusamareb Qualification Requirement a) Bidders Financial Capability (i) Historical Financial Performance: Submission of audited balance sheets or other financial statements acceptable to the Purchaser, for the last two (2) years to demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidders financial position and its prospective long-term profitability. (ii) Average Annual Turnover: Minimum average annual turnover of USD 500,000 within the last three (3) years. (iii) Financial Resources: The Bidder must demonstrate access to, or availability of, financial resources to meet the following cash-flow requirement: USD 200,000. b) Bidders Experience and Technical Capacity (i) The Bidder must have specific experience for the construction of similar buildings in Somalia. (ii) Participation as a prime contractor in at least 2 similar contracts in scope and magnitude within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least USD 400,000 that have been successfully or substantially completed.
