Specific Objectives For Item N°1 “Travel For Officials Affiliated With Welfare And Cargoes To A 5Ta Winter Center Or Metropolitan Region” 1) Hire A Trip To A Recreational Center Located In The Fifth Region Or In The Metropolitan Region, For Approximately 150 Officials Affiliated With The Welfare Service And Their Families, In The Month Of July. This Service Must Include Food (Breakfast, Lunch And Eleven), Recreational And Cultural Activities And Mobilization: • Provide Food Service (Breakfast, Lunch And Eleven) During The Outing Of Officials Affiliated With The Welfare Service, Bound For A Recreational Center. • Execute A Program Of Recreational And Cultural Activities For Outings Of Officials Affiliated With The Welfare Service. • Provide Transportation Service For Outings For Officials Affiliated With The Welfare Service And Their Families, Bound For A Location In The Fifth Region. For Item N°2 “Travel Affiliated To Welfare And Loads 5Th Or 6Th Region” 1) Hire A Trip To A Recreational Center Located In The Fifth Or Sixth Region For Approximately 150 Officials Affiliated With The Welfare Service And Their Families, Between The Months Of November And December. This Service Must Include Food (Breakfast, Lunch And Eleven), Recreational And Cultural Activities And Mobilization: • Provide Food Service (Breakfast, Lunch And Eleven) During The Outing Of Officials Affiliated With The Welfare Service, Bound For A Recreational Center. • Execute A Program Of Recreational And Cultural Activities For Outings Of Officials Affiliated With The Welfare Service. • Provide Transportation Service For Outings For Officials Affiliated With The Welfare Service And Their Families, Bound For A Location In The Fifth Region. For Item N°3 “Travel Retired Affiliated With Welfare 5Th Or 6Th Region” 1) Execute A Travel Program, Destined For A Recreational Center, That Meets The Conditions According To The Age Of The Officials (Approximately 60 Years), For A Number Of Approximately 100 Passengers, For One Or Two Days Depending On The Capacity Of The Awarded Provider, For The Months Of November Or December, Which Must: • Provide Food Service (Breakfast, Lunch And Eleven) During The Outing Of Officials Affiliated With The Welfare Service, Bound For A Recreational Center. • Execute A Program Of Recreational And Cultural Activities For Outings Of Officials Affiliated With The Welfare Service. • Provide Transportation Service For Officials Affiliated With The Welfare Service And Their Families, Bound For A Location In The Fifth Or Sixth Region.
