The Cape Breton Regional Municipality (Cbrm) Is In Need Of Contractor Services To Perform Infrastructure Upgrades Including Replacement Of Approximately 835 Meters Of Water Main, And A Full Depth Rebuild Of The Road (Asphalt & Gravels) On Ellsworth Avenue, New Waterford (Webbs Lane To Ling Street). A Portion Of The Waterline Work Will Be Completed On Trunk 28 Of Nsdpw Roadway Which Is Coordinated With Work Being Done By The Province.
