Teese Botnia Oy Ab Requests Offers For Sound Reproduction Services And Additional And Ancillary Services Also For Planning And Implementation Services For Other Event Technical Services For The Framework Contract To Be Concluded For The Use Of The City Of Vaasa And Possibly Also Other Teese Owner Communities. Based On The Competition, A Maximum Of Two Suppliers Will Be Selected, With Whom The Goal Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement In May 2026 And It Will Be Valid Until Further Notice. The Annual Value Of The Procurement Contract Without Value Added Tax Is Approximately €40,000 In An Average Year, But The Annual Variation (Approx. €35,000 - €45,000) Is Significantly Affected By The Number Of Events And The Way They Are Organized. The Services Covered By The Agreement Are Ordered For The City Of Vaasa By E.G. Cultural Services, Youth Services, Kuula College, Vaasa Lyseo High School, Vamia And The City Orchestra And Theater. The Tenderer Is Required To Be Able To Produce Audio Services For Events With An Audience Of At Least 5,000 People. Examples Of Larger Public Events Organized By The City Of Vaasa Are The Vaasa Choir Festival And The Night Of The Arts. In Addition To These, The City Of Vaasa Organizes Various Meetings, Fairs And Seminars As Well As Music, Sports And Cultural Events Throughout The Year. The Current Service Provider Will Be Used For Those Events And Services Whose Planning And Ordering Have Been Started Before The Start Of The New Contract. The Two Bidders With The Highest Total Points Will Be Selected For The Procurement In Order Of Priority.
