Object Of The Procurement The Object Of The Procurement Is The Renewal Of Two (2) Elevators In Two Locations In Järvenpää. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Joint Procurement By Two Procurement Units. The Procurement Includes The Dismantling Of Old Elevators, The Design, Delivery And Installation Of New Elevators, Commissioning And Warranty Period Maintenance In Accordance With This Request For Tender And Its Appendices. The Contract Is Implemented As A Complete Contract On A Turnkey Basis. The Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor And Is Responsible For All Site Management Duties, Coordination And Site Services In Accordance With The Yse 1998 Conditions. Procurement Units & Bids For Joint Procurement The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Joint Procurement By The Following Procurement Units:- Mestaritiominta Oy- Järvenpään Mestariasunnot Oy Bids:- The Procurement Is Divided Into Sub-Units- Each Procurement Unit Makes An Independent Procurement Decision - Procurement Entities Are Not Bound By Each Others Decisions - A Procurement Entity Can Suspend The Procurement Of Its Own Sub-Entity - Contracts Are Made Separately Per Sub-Entity Procurement Structure The Procurement Is Divided Into Two (2) Sub-Entities:- Part 1: Jampankaari 4 C–D, Järvenpää. The Procurement Includes The Renewal Of One (1) Elevator In A Residential Apartment Building (The Entire Site Is Leased To Keusote For Service Building Use).- Part 2: Myllytie 11, Järvenpää. The Procurement Includes The Renewal Of One (1) Elevator In A Property In Service Use. The Tenderer Can Make An Offer For One Or Both Sub-Assemblies. The Customers Choose The Contractor Based On The Cheapest Price Per Sub-Area. Procurement Scope The Content Of The Contract Is Described Below In General. The More Detailed Scope Is Presented In The Attachments Of The Request For Tenders.- Demolition Work Of Existing Elevators- Delivery And Installation Of New Elevators- Elevator Mechanisms, Control Systems And Safety Devices- Modification Work Related To The Elevator Shaft And Surrounding Structures- Doors, Platform Equipment And Surface Structures- Necessary Electrical And Other Connections For Elevator Delivery- Official Inspections And Commissioning- Operation And Maintenance Instructions- Warranty Period Maintenance The Contract Also Includes All Necessary Site Arrangements, Protection, Handling Of Demolition Waste And Other Works In Such A Way That The Lifts Are Handed Over Completely Ready For Use. The Objects Are In Use During The Work. The Contractor Must Take This Into Account In All Work Phases. The Contractor Must Ensure That The Site Area Is Appropriately Demarcated And That The Propertys Access Routes Are Kept Safe And Accessible Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. The Contractor Must Pay Special Attention To The Cleanliness Of The Construction Site, The Proper Storage Of Materials And Work Tools, And That The Construction Site Does Not Cause Unnecessary Inconvenience To The Movement Of The Users Of The Property. Technical Requirements The Elevators Offered Must:- Meet The Requirements Of The Eu Elevator Directive 2014/33/Eu- Meet The Requirements Of Standards En 81-20 And En 81-50- Be Rope Or Belt Elevators Without A Machine Room- Suitable For The Occupancy Rate Of The Sites - Includes A Modern Microprocessor-Controlled Control System - Includes A Frequency Converter Controlled Operating System - Includes Battery-Backed Emergency Driving - Meets Accessibility And Safety Requirements More Detailed Technical Requirements Are Presented In The Attached Documents Of The Request For Tenders. Getting To Know The Target The Bidder Must Familiarize Himself With The Target Before Submitting The Offer. The Tenderer Is Responsible For Ensuring That The Offer Is Based On The Conditions Found At The Site. The Construction Site Is Handed Over To The Contractor In The Condition It Is In At The Time Of The Offer. The Tenderer Must Take Into Account All Conditions Prevailing At The Site In His Offer. Visiting The Site Will Be Agreed Separately With The Procurement Unit:- Myllytie Operations Center: Mestaritoiminta Oy, Eero Lötjönen, [email protected], 040 922 2223- Jampankaari 4 Cd: Järvenpään Mestariasunnot Oy, Inari Toikkanen, [email protected], 040 922 2261 If The Bidder Has Not Familiarized Himself With The Object, The Bid Will Be Rejected As Contrary To The Request For Bids. When Submitting The Offer, The Bidder Will State When He Has Visited The Site And Which Representatives Of The Bidder Have Participated. At Least One Representative Of The Bidder Who Is Responsible Or Participates Substantially In The Preparation Of The Offer And The Determination Of The Contract Price Must Participate In The Orientation. Clients Objectives For The Project Safety - The Construction Site Is Implemented In Such A Way That It Does Not Cause Danger To The Users Of The Property - The Contractor Is Responsible For The Work Safety Of The Construction Site. There Is As Little Inconvenience To Movement As Possible - Noise And Other Disturbances Are Kept To A Minimum Timetable - The Work Will Be Carried Out In The Agreed Schedule - The Planning Of The Work Phases Will Be Done In Cooperation With The Customer Work - Time The Work Will Be Carried Out During The Year 2026. The Continuous Outage Of An Individual Lift May Not Exceed Five (5) Weeks. The Outage Starts From The Moment The Lift Is Taken Out Of Use For The Execution Of The Contract, And Ends When The Lift Has Been Approved And Is Ready For Use. The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring That The Work Phases, Schedule And Resources Are Planned In Such A Way That The Above-Mentioned Maximum Outage Occurs. The Customer Is Responsible For Organizing The Operation Of The Property During The Outage. If The Outage Exceeds The Above-Mentioned Maximum Duration For A Reason Attributable To The Contractor, Delay Sanctions According To The Contract Documents Will Be Applied. Agreement And Liability The Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor And Main Implementer. The Contract Complies With The General Contract Terms Of The Construction Contract (Yse 1998). The Contractor Is Responsible For Site Management, Safety And Coordination. The Warranty Is 24 Months And Includes Maintenance.
