The City Of Helsinkis Urban Environment Department Is Preparing The Framework Arrangement For Building Construction Project Information Model Coordinator Services, Inventory Measurement And Modeling Services For 2026–2028, Including One Or More Options For The Years 2028–2029 And 2029–2030. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Information Model Coordinator Services Needed In The New Construction, Renovation, Expansion And Demolition Projects Of The City Of Helsinkis Urban Environment Industry, As Well As Building Inventory Measurement And Inventory Modeling Services. Services Are Procured On A Project-By-Project Basis Based On The Framework Arrangement, And Assignments Can Be Either Separate Or Related. In The Definition And Implementation Of The Tasks, The Following Are Followed As Applicable: General Data Model Requirements 2012 (Ytv2012), The City Of Helsinkis Own Data Model And Inventory Modeling Instructions, Rt Cards (E.G. Rt 103133, Rt 103132 And Rt 103375) And Valid Legislation And Regulations. The Framework Arrangement Consists Of Two Sub-Areas: Sub-Area 1: Data Model Coordinator Services Data Model Coordinator Services Include Instructions, Coordination And Quality Assurance Tasks For Data Modeling Of Space And Building Construction Projects In Different Phases Of The Project. The Goal Of The Services Is To Ensure That The Data Models Produced In The Project Are Of High Quality, Compatible, In Accordance With The Customers Requirements And Support Planning, Construction, Commissioning And Use During The Buildings Life Cycle. The Data Model Coordinator Supports The Client And The Project Team And Reports On The Data Modeling Situation To The Project Management, Chief Designer And Data Model Manager. Sub-Area 2: Inventory Measurement And Inventory Modeling Services Inventory Measurement And Inventory Modeling Services Include Measuring, Documenting And Modeling The Current State Of Buildings And Premises As Input Data For Planning And Decision-Making. The Services Can Target New, Basic Repair, Expansion And Demolition Projects And Their Various Phases. Inventory Measurement And Modeling Assignments Can Include, Among Other Things, Inventory Measurements Based On Laser Scanning And Photogrammetry, Production Of Point Cloud Data And Quality Assurance, Preparation And Development Of Inventory Models.
