This tender pertains to the hiring of services for the turnkey establishment, integration, deployment, commissioning, and operations of a Digital Telemedicine Ecosystem (Pilot Phase) under IDSRS, NIH, in Islamabad and Karachi. The scope includes development and deployment of telemedicine platforms (web/mobile), telemedicine kiosks, call center operations, integration with healthcare systems, pharmacy and diagnostic linkages, infrastructure setup, and ongoing operations & maintenance on a scalable architecture.
