This Is Not A Procurement Notice Or A Request For Tender, But A Request For Information / An Invitation To Operators Operating In The Market To Participate In The Market Dialogue Regarding The Purchase Of Hospital Beds, Hospital Furniture And Medicine Cabinets For The Vantaa And Kerava Welfare Area. The Purpose Of This Request For Information Is To Find Out The Views Of The Suppliers On The Market Regarding The Planned Procurement, So That The Future Tender Can Be Carried Out In The Most Appropriate Way. According To Preliminary Plans, The Procurement Will Be Put Out To Tender In The Fall Of 2026. The Procurement Includes Hospital Beds Intended For Institutional Use, Hospital Furniture, Such As E.G. Various Examination And Procedure Tables, Transport, Linen, Medicine Distribution And Shower Trolleys As Well As Medicine Cabinets And Medicine Refrigerators. The Procurement Is Divided Into Sub-Areas. The Person Responding To The Request For Information Does Not Have To Make An Offer, But Instead Respond To The Request For Information According To The Instructions. Participating In This Request For Information Does Not Bind The Operator Or Any Entity Related To It, And Is Not A Prerequisite For Participating In A Possible Subsequent Tender. No Compensation Is Paid For Answering The Information Request. Participating In The Market Dialogue Does Not Affect The Bidders Position In The Actual Bidding Process. The Material Obtained Through This Request For Information Will Only Be Used For Market Mapping By The Purchasing Unit, And It Will Not Be Publicly Visible. The Request For Information Is Carried Out With Registered Operators In Writing And, If Necessary, Verbally. You Can Participate In The Market Dialogue By Registering By Email To [email protected]. When Registering, The Participating Persons And Their Contact Information Must Be Indicated. Applications Are Requested By April 30, 2026. Applicants Will Be Sent Preliminary Questions Regarding The Purchase Of Hospital Beds, Hospital Furniture And Medicine Cabinets. Registrants Also Have The Opportunity To Comment On The Tender Material Before It Is Published.
