The Offered Excavator Must Also Meet The Conditions, Minimum Technical Requirements And Mandatory Equipment Set Out In This Request For Tender. The Information Stated In The Offer Must Be Accurate, And The Customer Reserves The Right To Check That The Requirements Are Met Before The Purchase Decision. The Procurement Is Carried Out On The Basis Of Overall Economic Profitability In Accordance With The Scoring Model Presented In The Request For Tenders (Price 55P And Quality 45P). Qualitative Points Consist Of The Quality Features Of The Excavator Described In The Request For Tender, The Accessories That Produce Added Value, And The Evaluation Based On Test Use. The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Get A Reliable, Safe And Technically Suitable Excavator For Teaching Use, Which Supports The Goals Of The Training In The Long Term.
