The Water Roof Of The Building Has Been Renewed In 2026 As A Corrugated Metal Roof, And At The Same Time The Roof Substructures Have Been Repaired. In Connection With The Purchase Of The Building, The Plot Remains Owned By The City Of Naantali And Is Leased To The Buyer Of The Building With A Separate Lease Agreement. The Purpose Of The Market Dialogue Is To Map Out What Kind Of Opportunities The Building That Previously Served As A Group Home Can Offer The Area In The Future. This Invitation Does Not Bind The City Of Naantali Or The Parties Participating In The Market Dialogue To Any Measures, But Its Goal Is An Open Discussion About Various Options. However, The City Of Naantali Does Not Commit To Renting Or Selling Based On The Market Dialogue, And The Information Presented In The Market Dialogue Does Not Bind The City.
