If The Negotiation Phase Takes Place, At The End Of The Negotiation Phase, The Procurement Unit Will Deliver To The Bidders Selected For The Negotiation The Updated Request For Tender Material Based On The Negotiations, And The Bidders Will Submit Their Final Bids Within A Separately Agreed Deadline. Any Negotiations In The Negotiation Procedure Will Be Conducted Confidentially, And The Customer Will Not Provide Information In A Way That Endangers The Equal Treatment Of The Participants In The Tender. The Customer Will Not Disclose To Other Bidders Confidential Information Provided By Any Candidate Or Bidder Participating In The Negotiations.
