The Target For Demolition Is The Former Educational Institution Building Located At Kuusitie 41, Pieksämäki. The Building Will Be Completely Demolished. The Object Of The Demolition Contract Will Be Handed Over To The Demolition Contractor In The Condition It Is In At The Time Of Signing The Contract, Unless Otherwise Stated In The Tender Documents. The Address Of The Construction Site Is Kuusitie 41, 76120 Pieksämäki. Completing The Demolition Work And Sliding The Trench Are Included In The Demolition Contract. Concrete And Brick Waste Is Crushed To A Grain Size Of 0 – 90 Mm And Left In A Heap Near The Demolition Site For The Customer As Mara-Eligible, Whose Usability Has Been Demonstrated With The Necessary Analyses. Filling The Demolition Site Is Not Part Of The Contract. The Form Of The Contract Is An Overall Contract, Where The Contractor Acts As The Main Implementer And Main Contractor.
