The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works For The Investment Task Entitled: Development Of Green Space At Hlonda Street In Tychy, Co-Financed By The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Katowice (As Part Of The Green Space 2025 Program - 3Rd Edition). The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation To The Extent Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Scope Included In The Contract And Pfu,2) Exercising The Authors Supervision,3) Carrying Out Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, Including: A) Carrying Out Earthworks, Including Appropriate Preparation And Leveling Of The Area, Including Fertilizing And Spreading The Soil So That It Is Possible To Mark Out Flower Beds, Plant Greenery And Install The Designed Equipment In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations, B) Prepare The Area For The Construction Of Communication Routes, Including: Drainage, Sub-Base And Construction Of A Mineral Surface And Installation Steel Edging, C) Delivery And Installation Of Landscaping Equipment In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, D) Leveling And Topsoiling Of The Area Covered By The Investment, E) Agrotechnical Works Related To The Establishment Of Flowerbeds, Preparation Of The Surface For Planting Along With Supplementing The Fertile Layer And Mycorrhiza For Trees, F) Topography Of The Area Consisting Of Leveling And Raking The Area, In Particular The Land Adjacent To The Area That Was Damaged During Construction Works. In These Places, A Lawn Should Be Made From Seed With Prior Fertilization And Preparation Of The Substrate - Spreading A Layer Of Humus With A Minimum Thickness Of 10 Cm Before Compaction, G) Purchase And Planting Of Low Greenery (Perennials, Grasses, Shrubs, Bulbs), H) Purchase And Planting Trees, I) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation In Accordance With The Scope Included In The Contract And Fup.
