The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Partial Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces On District Roads In The Trzebnica County Using Hot Mineral-Asphalt Mixtures, In The Full Technological Range.2. The Order Is Divided Into 2 Tasks: Task 1 - Partial Renovation Of The Surface - Manual Spreading Of Up To 600 M2 • The Scope Of The Task Includes Partial Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces With A Total Area Of ​​Up To 600 M². • The Works Should Be Performed Using Hot Manual Spreading Of The Mineral-Asphalt Mixture.3. The Subject Of The Order, The Rules For The Execution Of The Order And The Requirements For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works For Task 1 And Task 2 Are Described In Detail In The Following Documents: A) Annex No. 10 To The Swz Template Of The Contract; B) Annex No. 11 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order; C) Annex No. 12 To The Swz - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works;3. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of The Ordering Partys Instructions, Specifying The Scope Of Works, Location And Expected Area Or Number Of Works. Orders Will Be Placed Successively, In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, In Writing Or By E-Mail To The Contractors Address. Orders Will Be Executed By The Contractor Within 7 Days From The Date Of Submission Of The Order By The Ordering Party.4. Requirements Towards The Contractor: 1) Before Starting Each Work Covered By A Given Individual Order, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With: A) The Original Of The Construction Managers Declaration Confirming The Assumption Of The Obligation To Manage The Commissioned Construction Works, B) A Certified Copy Of The Construction Managers Qualifications, C) A Certified Copy Of The Current Oiib Membership Certificate; 2) The Contractor Will Provide Surveying Services For The Subject Of The Contract At Every Stage; 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Report To The Supervision Inspector Any Works That Are Covered Or Disappearing And Obtain Confirmation Of Their Proper Execution In The Construction Log. In The Absence Of Notification, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Refuse To Accept These Works And Demand That Excavations Be Made. 4) The Contractor Shall Be Liable Under The Warranty For A Period Equal To The Warranty Period.
