The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Renovation Of The Boiler Room At The Primary School In Marcinkowice. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Construction Works, Demolition Works, Installation Works, Installation Of Power Supply Wires And Cables, Installation Of Routes And Fireproof Installations, Installation Of Switchboards, Installation Of A Gas Detection System, Installation Of Lighting Fixtures, Execution Of External Plasters, Subfloors, Floors, Painting, Execution Of Joinery And Joinery Elements, Tests Of Starting The Gas Installation. During The Works, The Building Will Be In Use. All Works Must Be Carried Out In A Way That Does Not Impede The Current Work Of The School And Its Normal Functioning. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor, After Completing The Works, Will Obtain All Final Permits, Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions Required By Law And Will Bear The Costs Of Obtaining Them, As Well As Obtain An Occupancy Permit Or Submit An Effective Notice Of Completion Of The Works (If Required). The Ordering Party Will Grant The Contractor A Power Of Attorney To Represent The Contractor In Order To Fulfill The Obligation. The Contractor Must Offer: 1) At Least A 3-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Matter Of The Order; 2) A 5-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Matter Of The Order. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitute Annex No. 7 To The Swz And Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Respectively. The Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Agreements, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
