1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Irrigation System For A Football Pitch With A Natural Grass Surface At The School Complex In The Design And Build Formula. Armii Krajowej In Brańsk, Including Renovation Of The Pitch, Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Irrigation System And, Based On It, Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Titled Construction Of An Irrigation System For The Sports Field At The Armia Krajowa School Complex In Brańsk Implemented As Part Of The Investment Project Titled Modernization Of The Playing Field At The Armia Krajowa School Complex In Brańsk - Stage Ii. The Investment Will Be Located On A Plot Marked With Registration Number 1393, Located Within The Brańsk Register, Brańsk Register Unit. The Task Is Co-Financed By The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture As Part Of The Sports Infrastructure Development Program In The Voivodeships - Edition 2025.1.2. Above The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Irrigation System, - Execution Of Construction Works Covered By The Above-Mentioned. Design Documentation.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Works Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Pitch Irrigation, In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including The Following Elements: 2.1. It Is Necessary To Perform All Necessary Design Studies, Obtain On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Necessary Opinions And Technical Conditions, All Arrangements, Permits, Authorizations, Decisions And Approvals Necessary For The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements And The Conditions Of The Agreement, Perform Construction Works And Obtain, On Behalf And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Decisions On The Use Permit For The Entire Scope Of The Investment, If Required By Applicable Law At The Time Of Completion Of Construction Works And Their Acceptance.2.2.
