1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Road Markings In The City Of Grójec By The Contractor For The Ordering Party. A) The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: • Renovation Of Road Markings With Acrylic Paint - Segregation And Edge Lines, Continuous And Broken, Lines At Intersections And Pedestrian Crossings, Arrows And Other Symbols, Mechanical Painting - 14,000 M2; • Renovation Of Road Road Markings With Paint Acrylic - Stations For Disabled People, Mechanical Painting (20 Pcs.) - 375.20 M2;• Horizontal Marking Of Bituminous Surfaces - Cold, Using Chemically Hardened Masses, Thick-Layered Mechanically - Smooth Marking - Pedestrian Crossing - 850 M2;• Renovation Works - Surface Milling Of Painted Surfaces - 60 M2. B) The Detailed Scope Of Works Includes: • Bid Cost Estimate - Annex No. 8 To The Swz, • Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 9 To The Swz • Detailed Technical Specifications - Annex No. 10 To The Swz. C) The Contractor Should Notify The Employer, No Later Than 7 Days Before Commencing The Work, The Planned Start Date Of Horizontal Marking, So As To Enable Earlier Mechanical Sweeping Of The Streets Of Grójec. Mechanical Street Sweeping Is Performed For The Ordering Party At Intervals Of Several Weeks. This Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation Specified In Point 5.4 Of The Detailed Technical Specifications. D) The Contractor Will Organize The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Such A Way That The Works Are Carried Out On The Main Streets Of The City Of Grójec With The Lowest Possible Intensity Of Pedestrian And Vehicle Traffic, I.E. In The Evening And At Night. 2. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty In The Following Periods: A) The Warranty Period For Thick-Layer Horizontal Markings Cannot Be Shorter Than 24 Months; B) The Warranty Period For Thin-Layer Markings Cannot Be Shorter Than 12 Months. The Ordering Party Does Not Secure The Area For The Construction Site. The Contractor Will Fence And Develop The Construction Site Area On His Own And At His Own Expense. The Ordering Party Does Not Indicate The Location Of The Site Area. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Documentation Attached To The Swz. The Detailed Subject And Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Swz, In The Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. 3. Construction Works Are To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Offer Cost Estimate (Annex No. 8 To The Swz), Bill Of Quantities (Annex No. 9 To The Swz), Conditions Described In The Contract (Annex No. 7 To The Swz), Detailed Technical Specifications (Annex No. 10 To The Swz).
