The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Village Community Center In Lisów On The Plot No. 119/5, Precinct 4 - Lisów, Słubice - Commune, And Includes, Among Others - Construction Of A Community Center Building With A Roof On Which Photovoltaic Panels Will Be Installed, - Construction Of A Connection To The Power And Water Supply Networks, Including A Hydrant, - Installation Of A Septic Tank On Liquid Waste With Sanitary Installation, - Construction Of A Local Storm Sewage System With Septic Tanks For Rainwater, - Hardening Of The Area, - Construction Of Parking Spaces, Including 2 Spaces For Cars Used By 4 Disabled People, - Installation Of Small Architectural Objects Such As Bicycle Racks, Garbage Bins. 178/2025 Of September 11, 2025 And The Decision To Amend The Building Permit Of February 12, 2026 (Including The Change Of The Originally Intended Use Of Technical Room No. 11 Into A Storage Room), In Addition, The Ordering Party Waived/Made Changes To The Original Building Permit Decision: A) In Terms Of Land Development From: - Construction Of A Beach Volleyball Court, - Construction Of A Playground And An Outdoor Gym, - Installation Decorative Pergolas And Hardening Around Them, - Grill/Garden Fire Pit, Seats Made Of Architectural Concrete, - The Paved Surface Was Reduced, - The Heating Source Was Changed From A Ground Heat Pump To Electric Heating (Electric Radiators); B) In Terms Of Architecture: - The Heating Source Was Changed From A Ground Heat Pump To Electric Heating (Electric Radiators And Hot Water Heating Using Instantaneous Water Heaters), - A Change In The Originally Intended Use Of The Technical Room (No. 11) Into A Handy Warehouse, - Reducing The Height Of The Room (Room No. 2) - Introducing A Suspended Ceiling At A Height Of 3.3 M, - Replacing Ceramic Roof Tiles With Metal Roof Tiles. 3. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Determined By The Bills Of Quantities, Technical Specifications, Technical Documentation And Swz Together With Other Annexes. 5. The Ordering Party Informs That It Does Not Have A Bill Of Quantities In The Format Of A Cost Estimate Program. Ath.6.The Price Is An Estimate Price. The Offer Must Be Accompanied By Cost Estimates Prepared On The Basis Of The Attached Bill Of Quantities. Lack Of Attached Cost Estimates Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer. 7. If The Ordering Party Has Indicated Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process In This Documentation That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contract
