Construction Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings In Accordance With The Permanent Traffic Organization Design. The Detailed Scope Of The Investment Is Included In The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended) Along With Implementing Regulations, Standards, Instructions From Manufacturers Of The Devices And Materials Used, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Art. Construction. The Materials Provided And Used By The Contractor Should Meet The Quality Requirements For Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction, Specified In Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended). The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Also Comply With All Legal Acts Applicable To The Subject Of The Order, With Technical And Construction Regulations, Applicable Standards And Guidelines. The Detailed Type Of Construction Works And The Scope Of Work Were Specified In The Documentation Attached To The Procedure, Which Includes: • Land Development Design, • Architectural And Construction Design For The Road, Sanitary And Electrical Industry, • Technical Design For The Road, Sanitary And Electrical Industry, • Detailed Design For The Road, Sanitary And Electrical Industry, • List Of Annexes To The Construction Design, • Dendrological Inventory, • Permanent And Temporary Traffic Organization Design, • Detailed Technical Specifications;• Bills Of Quantities Works Are Attached As Auxiliary. The Order Will Be Settled On A Lump-Fate Basis. The Task Is Co-Financed From The Government Road Development Fund. The Length Of The Quality Guarantee Period For The Completed Construction Works And The Delivered And Incorporated Materials Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers. The Ordering Party Specifies The Minimum Warranty Period Of 36 Months And The Maximum Of 60 Months. If The Contractor Provides A Warranty Period Longer Than 60 Months, The 60-Month Period Will Be Subject To Evaluation. If The Contractor Provides A Warranty Period Shorter Than 36 Months, The Contractors Offer Will Be Subject To Rejection.
