The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of An Investment Task In The Design And Build Formula Entitled: Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles On Szkolna Street In Plewiska From The Border With The Dopiewo Commune To Grunwaldzka Street In Plewiska With A Bitumen Surface Along With Drainage And Lighting.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works According To Which The Work Should Be Performed Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract.3. The Entire Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of The Following Elements: 1) Multi-Disciplinary Design Documentation Necessary For The Proper Performance Of All Construction Works And Obtaining All Required Opinions, Arrangements, Approvals, Conditions, Decisions And Permits Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, 2) All Construction Works In Accordance With The Scope Of The Order On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Developed By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party, Referred To Above, And All Preparatory Works Necessary To Perform The Entrusted Order And Perform All Activities Required By Law.4. The Task Is Co-Financed By The Program: European Funds For Greater Poland 2021-2027, Priority 3: European Funds For Sustainable Urban Mobility In Greater Poland, Measure 3.2 Development Of Sustainable Urban Mobility Under Iti.5. The Task Includes The Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation, Which Will Include: Land Development Design, Construction Designs For Relevant Industries, Technical Designs Covering All Industries, Geological And Engineering Documentation/Geotechnical Opinion, Division Designs, Roadside Greenery Design Along With A Two-Year Plan For Its Maintenance, Traffic Organization Designs, Demolition Design (If Necessary), Other Studies/Documents Necessary To Complete The Project And Obtain The Final Building Permit/Decision On The Investment Permit Road With The Rigor Of Immediate Feasibility On The Investor Or The Appropriate Road Manager - The Starosta Of Poznań, Analysis Of The Area Infrastructure And Taking Into Account The Removal Of Conflicts, Sstwior, Bill Of Quantities, Offer (Executive) Cost Estimate.6. The Contractors Tasks Also Include Providing Authors Supervision Over Construction Works Performed On The Basis Of The Developed Design Documentation. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Calculate The Price For The Division Of 17 Plots In The Gross Price.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Multi-Discipline Design Documentation, Which Will Receive All Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of The Task. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Complete Design Documentation In 3 Copies In Paper Form And 1 Copy On A Cd Or Pendrive Along With The Final Construction Permit(S)/Zrid Decision With Immediate Enforceability Issued To The Investor Or The Relevant Road Manager - The Starosta Of Poznań.9.
