The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Design And Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula, I.E. Based On The Developed Design Documentation - On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program And Swz - For The Investment Task Entitled: Improvement Of The Energy Efficiency Of The Building Of The School And Kindergarten Complex In Gostynin With Its Registered Office At Ul. Polna 36. The Order Is Being Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Improvement Of The Energy Efficiency Of The Building Of The School And Kindergarten Complex In Gostynin, Covered By Agreement No. Fema.02.01-Ip.01-05Qr/24-001 For Co-Financing, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under Priority Ii European Funds For The Green Development Of Mazovia, Measure 2.1 Energy Efficiency Of The European Funds For Masovia2021–2027.3.7. Scope Of The Order1) Scope Covered By The Design Documentation And Receipt Of Documentation: Development Of Complete Design Documentation Required By Law And Specified In The Fup, Together With Obtaining Maps And Obtaining All Required Arrangements And Permits, Including The Right To Use The Property For Construction Purposes And Paying Related Fees, Opinions And Decisions Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular: Decision On A Building Permit/Notification Of The Execution Of Construction Works, Notification Of The Intended Date Of Commencement Of Construction Works And Development Investor Cost Estimates With Bills Of Quantities For: 1) Replacing The Central Heating Installation, 2) Replacing The Hot Water Installation, 3) Replacing The Cold Water Installation, 4) Insulating The Flat Roof, 5) Insulating The Attic Ceiling, 6) Insulating The External Walls, 7) Replacing Windows, 8) Replacing External Doors, 9) Renovating Roofs, 10) Replacing Lighting, 11) Installing The Installation Photovoltaic12) Renovation Of Some Bathrooms2) Scope Of Construction Worksthe Contractor Will Perform Construction Works On The Basis Of Previously Developed Design Documentation In Accordance With The Above Point. The Scope Of Construction Works Is Specified In Detail In The Fup, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2. The Works Will Be Performed On An Active Facility.3.8.
