The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive, Multi-Discipline Technical Documentation Consisting In The Expansion Of The Technological System Of The Water Treatment Station Through, Among Others, Construction Of A Retention Tank, Construction Of A Rinsing Water Settling Tank, Installation Of A Set Of Second Stage Pumps And Replacement Of The Pipeline Discharging Rinsing Water To The Drainage Ditch. The Investment Is Being Carried Out As Part Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Retention Reservoir At The Water Intake In Turz Within Plots No. 72, 76, 77, 78 At Ul. Pocztowa. The Investment Intention Is To Ensure Continuity Of Water Supplies To Service Users And To Ensure Water Retention In The Area Supplied By The Turze Water Treatment Plant. • The Project Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Technical Conditions No. 24/2026 Of January 26, 2026 Issued By Gtkom Sp. Z O. O., Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Which Specify In Detail The Scope Of Work Necessary To Be Performed On The Premises Of The Suw Facility.• For The Plots Covered By The Investment, I.E. Plots No. 72, 76, 77, 78, No Local Development Plan Has Been Adopted.• The Plot With Registration Number 72 Is Private Land, The Plots With No. 76, 77,78 Are The Property Of The Tczew Commune. • The Planned Investment Is Located In A Conservation Protection Zone, The Scope Of Which Is Presented In The Study Of Conditions And Directions Of Spatial Development Of The Tczew Commune (Resolution No. Lxx/605/2024 Of The Tczew Commune Council Of March 15, 2024). • Before Starting Design Work, A Site Visit Should Be Carried Out With The User Of The Water Intake Facility, I.E. Gtkom Sp. Z O. O. In Tczew, In Order To Prepare Its Inventory For Design Purposes.• The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Agree On An Ongoing Basis With The Ordering Party On The Proposed Technical, Technological And Material Solutions.• The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit A Declaration On The Preparation Or Lack Of Preparation Of A Technical Design By The Designer And The Checking Designer.1.1 The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of A Construction Design Or Development Design For A Plot Or Area To The Extent Consistent With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679, As Amended) Along With Obtaining All Opinions, Administrative Permits, Including A Building Permit Or A Declaration Of No Comments On The Construction Notification, 2) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 3) All Necessary Materials, Applications, Arrangements, And Opinions Required For The Implementation Of The Task Are Obtained By The Contractor In On Its Own Within The Costs Specified In The Submitted Offer.
