1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Physical Protection Services For Facilities And Property On The Premises Of The Municipal Services Department Of Eko-Region Sp. Z O.O. In Skierniewice At Ul. Czerwona 7, 96-100 Skierniewice.2. The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Subject Of The Order Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Provisions Indicated In Annex No. 2 To The Swz And The Contract, I.E. The Scope Of Official Duties, Rights And Responsibilities Of The Security Officer, Performed By The Contractors Employees As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration. 3. The Estimated Number Of Man-Hours For The Entire Duration Of The Order Is: 13728.4. The Number Of Hours Specified In Point 3 May Change. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Determine The Daily Number Of Hours, Taking Into Account The Possibility Of Shortening The Number Of Working Hours. Therefore, During The Implementation Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Guarantees The Contractor A Minimum Of 50% Of The Number Of Man-Hours Indicated In Point 3, Which Can Be Worked During The Term Of The Contract. Reducing The Number Of Man-Hours In This Respect Will Not Give Rise To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party On The Part Of The Contractor, In Particular For Payment Of Remuneration For The Unfulfilled Part Of The Contract And For Payment Of Compensation In Connection With The Reduction In The Number Of Man-Hours Specified In Point 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have: A Current License For The Provision Of Property Protection Services In The Form Of Direct Physical Protection And Technical Security.7. The Ordering Party Informs That Each Man-Hour Of Work Of Persons Performing Protective Activities (Except For Intervention Groups) Must Be Worked Out Under An Employment Contract, And Not Under Civil Law Contracts.8.
