Tenders Are Invited For Successive Deliveries Of Personal Protective Equipment And Occupational Health And Safety Products For Employees Of Zgok Sp. Z O. O. In Olsztyn

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Personal Protective Equipment And Occupational Health And Safety Products For Employees Of Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Komunalne Sp. Z O. O. (Hereinafter Referred To As Zgok) To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party: Zgok Sp. Z O. O. Street Piotra Poleskiego 3, 10-410 Olsztyn.2. The Quantities And Types Of Personal Protective Equipment And Occupational Health And Safety Products Covered By The Order Are Included In Annexes 2 And 3 To The Swz, And The Number Of Products Ordered As Part Of Successive Deliveries Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.3. As Part Of This Order, It Is Possible To Use The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Option Increasing The Scope Of The Order Includes The Quantities And Types Of Personal Protective Equipment And Occupational Health And Safety Products Indicated In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4. If The Ordering Party Does Not Use The Option, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. If The Ordering Party Uses The Option In Part Or In Full, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Agreement To The Extent That The Ordering Party Uses The Option. The Ordering Party Will Notify The Contractor Of Its Intention To Use The Option In A Separate Letter Or Letters (Or By E-Mail) Before The Expiry Of The Contract Completion Deadline.5. Personal Protective Equipment And Occupational Health And Safety Items Covered By This Order Will Be: A. Brand New, Very High Quality, C. Free From Physical And Legal Defects, D. Meet Applicable Occupational Health And Safety Standards, E. Meet The Requirements And Standards Described In The Swz, In Particular In The Product Specification, F. Packed Originally By The Manufacturer In A Way That Guarantees Protection Against Damage And The Packaging Must Not Show Signs Of Being Opened, G. Have All Required, Current Certificates For Individual Types Of Assortment.6. In The Case Of Products Manufactured With A Shelf Life Specified, The Minimum Shelf Life On The Day Of Delivery Cannot Be Shorter Than 3/4 Of The Date Specified By The Manufacturer On The Packaging.7. Wherever The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.8. Wherever The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Will Not Reject The Offer Just Because The Offered Supplies Do Not Comply With The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems To Which The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers,
