1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New, Unused, Complete Bus, Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects, Adapted To Transport People With Disabilities. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of A Bus Adapted To Transport Persons With Disabilities - Number Of Seats: Minimum 21 Seats + 1 Pilot + 1 Driver + 1 Standing Seat, 2) Provision Of The Necessary Technical Description (In Polish), 3) Delivery Of The Manual Required For Operation In Polish Along With The Order, 4) Provision Of The Necessary Documentation Enabling Registration Of The Vehicle, 5) Training (No Later Than On The Day Of Collection) Of The Ordering Partys Employee In Operating The Vehicle Regarding The Rules Of Use, Operation, Maintenance And Operation Of The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Contract. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including A List Of The Minimum Required Technical And Operational Parameters And Vehicle Equipment, Is Described In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
