1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Training Service Entitled: Effective Work Using Ai In Public Administration.2. The Order Is Implemented Under The Project No. Feds.07.02.-Ip.02-0002/23 Entitled Modernization Of Institutions And Services Of The Regional Labor Market, Co-Financed By The European Union From The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027 Program.3. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide: A Training Room, Training Services, Materials Such As Notebooks And Pens, Hotel Service With Breakfast, Catering Services, And A Training Supervisor, In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To The Swz Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 4. Due To The Co-Financing Of The Training From Esf+ Funds, The Ordering Party Stipulates That When Implementing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare And Submit To The Ordering Party The Following Documents: - Training Validation Card; - Template Of The Certificate Confirming The Acquisition Of Competences. The Training Validation Card And The Template Of The Certificate Confirming The Acquisition Of Competences Will Be Presented To The Ordering Party For Approval Within 7 Days Of Signing The Agreement.5. Number Of Training: One Two-Day Training.6. Target Group: Employees Of The Provincial Labor Office In Wrocław.7. Number Of Training Participants: A Maximum Of 30 People Will Be Trained During The Training, But Not Less Than 24 People.8. Place Of Training: Wrocław Poviat (Excluding The City Of Wrocław) Or Świdnica Poviat (Including The City Of Świdnica). The Contractor Will Indicate, Within 5 Business Days Of Signing The Agreement, The Place Where The Training Will Take Place. 9. Estimated Date Of Service: From June 1 To June 30, 2026, Excluding Holidays. Within 5 Business Days Of Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Present The Training Date To The Ordering Party For Approval.10. Training Format: Lecture And Workshop.11. Form Of Knowledge Testing (Validation): Exam Assessing The Obtained Training Effects Conducted On The Second Day After The End Of The Training Block.
