Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance Of Urban Greenery And Parks, Ongoing Cleanliness Of Streets, Sidewalks, Squares And Bus Shelters As Well As Embankments And Bicycle Paths In The City And Commune Of Pyrzyce.

Task I - Maintenance Of Urban Green Areas And City Parksthe Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Maintenance Of Urban Green Areas And Urban Parks In Pyrzyce In The City Of Pyrzyce, Consisting Of Ongoing Cleaning, Mowing Grass, Emptying Bins And Performing Other Works Specified In Table No. 1 Throughout The Period Covered By The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Clean Green Areas, Which Means: A) Collecting Waste From Green Areas In A Way That Ensures Keeping Them Clean, B) Emptying And Disposal Solid Waste From Bins, C) Mowing Grass In The Spring And Summer Period Along With Collection And Removal (Green Waste Must Be Cleaned Up Within A Maximum Of 24 Hours From The Moment Of Generation), D) Cutting Hedges, E) Autumn Raking Of Leaves Together With Collection And Removal (Green Waste Must Be Cleared Up Within A Maximum Of 24 Hours From The Moment Of Generation), Increasing The Number Of Baskets Or Containers By The Ordering Party To 10% Does Not Change The Contract, In Particular In Terms Of Increasing The Contractors Remuneration. The Contractor Is Obliged To Clean Up After A Storm, Strong Wind Or Other Random Events - Branches And Windfalls At The Request Of The Ordering Party Within 24 Hours Of Notification. A Maximum Of 4 Events Are Expected During The Duration Of The Contract. The Contractor Should Calculate The Above Tasks In The Offer. Pursuant To The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), The Contractor Is The Producer Of Waste Generated In Connection With Its Activities And Should Manage It In Accordance With The Above-Mentioned Act On The Basis Of An Agreement Concluded With The Waste Landfill. It Is Recommended That The Bidder Conduct A Local Visit To The Area Where The Work Is To Be Performed And Has Obtained, On Its Own Responsibility And Risk, All Relevant Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer. The Site Visit Will Be Carried Out At The Contractors Own Expense. The Risk Of Waiving The Inspection Is Borne By The Contractor Submitting The Offer.
