The Subject Of The Order Is The Paid Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of Direct Physical Protection Services For Persons And Property In The Facilities Of The Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship Office In Bydgoszcz, Located In The Following Locations: A) In The Facilities Of The Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship Office In Bydgoszcz At Ul. Jagiellońska 3 And Ul. Konarskiego 1-3, B) In The Facility Of The Delegation Of The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship Office In Toruń At Ul. Moniuszki 15-21, C) In The Facilities Of The Delegation Of The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship Office In Włocławek At Ul. Brzeska 6 And Ul. Brzeska 8. The Provision Of Services Constituting The Subject Of This Order Consists In Particular In: Organizing And Implementing 24-Hour Direct Physical Protection Of Persons And Property In Shifts, On Working Days, Holidays And Holidays, Performed By Qualified Physical Security Employees In The Form Of Permanent Direct Physical Protection (Including Reception Service - In The Case Of Locations In Toruń And Włocławek), Ad Hoc Physical Protection And Constant Monitoring/Supervision Of Signals Sent, Collected And Processed In Electronic Devices And Alarm Systems, Along With Readiness To Intervene And Ad Hoc Support For Permanent Physical Security At The Ordering Partys Facilities In Bydgoszcz, Toruń And Włocławek, Using An Intervention Group Operating In Response To The Call Of Permanent Security Employees Using An Anti-Seizure Device Or A Celebration Control System Device. The Services Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Act Of August 22, 1997. On The Protection Of Persons And Property (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 532) Together With The Implementing Regulations Issued On Its Basis.
