1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision To The Knurów Commune Of: The Knurów City Hall And The Organizational Units Of The Commune Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template - Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Telephone Services (Landline Telephony) And Internet Access Services On The Following Principles: 1) Provision Of The Service Via An Optocommunication Or Cable Medium. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Providing The Service Via Radio Up To 20% Of Connections;2) The Contractor Will Bear All Costs Of Maintenance And Upkeep Of Devices And Equipment Owned By Him, Referred To In This Section, Point 7), With The Exception Of Failures And Repairs Resulting From The Fault Of The Ordering Party;3) The Contractor Will Provide Per-Second (1/1) Counting Of Call Duration From 1 Second And No Fee For Starting The Call;4) The Contractor Will Provide Direct External Access To Internal Numbers;5) The Contractor Undertakes To Transfer The Telecommunications Numbering Assigned To The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Rights Referred To In Art. 325 Of The Act Of July 12, 2024 - Electronic Communications Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1221), And If It Is Necessary To Assign New Numbers, It Will Assign Them; 6) The Contractor Will Provide Permanent Public Ip Addresses In All Locations In The Amount Of 5 Per Link, Except For The Main Location At Ul. Dr. Floriana Ogana 5, Where A Minimum Of 15 Ip Addresses Are Required;7) The Contractor Will Deliver And Install, At His Own Expense, Routers With Qos Functionality And An Rj 45 Port Enabling The Routers To Be Connected To The Ordering Partys Infrastructure.2. Telephone Services Will Be Provided While Maintaining The Existing Telephone Numbering And Using The Existing Telecommunications Network Of The Ordering Party.3.
