The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Uniform Elements, Made According To The Patterns Specified In The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of July 28, 1998 On Uniforms, Id Cards, Insignia And Identification Marks Of Municipal (City) Guards (Journal Of Laws Of 1998, No. 112, Item 713, As Amended) And Consistent With The Uniform Patterns Used By The Municipal Guard Of The City Of Krakow. 2. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers, The Contractor May Submit An Offer For Any Number Of Parts, In Accordance With The Following Division: A) Part 1 - Field Uniform, B) Part 2 - Shirts, C) Part 3 - Shirts, D) Part 4 - Caps, E) Part 5 - Uniform Marking, F) Part 6 - Special Year-Round Shoes, G) Part 7 - Low Shoes (Special Clothing), H) Part 8 – Mens Shoes, Mens Dress Shoes, I) Part 9 – Dark Navy Blue Turtleneck, J) Part 10 – Polo Shirt, T-Shirt, K) Part 11 – Rain Jacket, L) Part 12 – ¾ Soft-Shell Winter Jacket, M) Part 13 – Universal Pilot Winter Jacket, N) Part 14 – Fleece, O) Part 15 – Cycling Clothing (Trousers), P) Part 16 – Ripstop Trousers, Q) Part 17 – Socks, R) Part 18 – Combat Shirt, S) Part 19 – Tactical Vest, T) Part 20 – Belts, Pouch, U) Part 21 – Gas Band With Handle, V) Part 22 – Knitted Scarf, W) Part 23 – Leather Gloves, X) Part 24 – Business Tie, Tie Clip. 3. Contractors Who Meet The Condition For Participation In The Procedure In Terms Of Technical Or Professional Capacity May Apply For The Award Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Will Recognize The Above-Mentioned The Condition In This Respect Is Met If The Contractor: Demonstrates Appropriate Experience, I.E. The Contractor Demonstrates That In The Period Of Three Years Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers, And If The Period Of Running The Business Is Shorter - During This Period, It Has Made At Least One Delivery Corresponding To The Subject Of The Order, I.E. It Has Delivered Uniforms** Or Elements Of Uniforms** With The Same Subject Matter As The Part For Which It Is Submitting The Offer And The Value Indicated In The Table In Section Xiv Point 1 Of The Swz*. Note!: *The Contractor May Use The Same Experience To Meet The Condition In More Than One Part. **The Delivery Of Uniforms Or Uniform Elements Should Be Understood As The Delivery Of Uniforms Or Uniform Elements For Municipal Guard Units Or State Forests Or The Army Or The Police Or Fire Brigade Or Other Uniformed Services.
