Activity No. 1 Designing - Preparation Of An Investment Project - Within The Framework Of Activity No. 1, The Contractor Should Carry Out The Development Of An Investment Project, The Technical Phase For The Site Designing, Construction And Authors Supervision For The Rehabilitation Of The Above-Mentioned Streets. With The Technical Project, Project Documentation And The Necessary Working Drawings And Details For Specifying The Design Solutions Should Be Prepared To The Extent That Allows The Implementation Of All Types Of Construction And Assembly Works (Smr), To Serve For: Assessment Of Compliance With The Requirements For Constructions Under Art. 169 Zut; The Initiation And Execution Of Construction Until The Completion Of The Site. Each Design Part Of The Technical Project Should Contain: • Drawings, According To Which Smr Can Be Performed In The Following Recommended Scales: Situational Solution - In M ​​1:500; Layouts, Sections, Facades - In M ​​1:50; Other Drawings - On An Appropriate Scale, Depending On The Type And Specifics Of The Object; • An Explanatory Note Explaining The Proposed Design Solutions, To Which The Documents Issued In Connection With The Design And The Source Data Are Attached; • Calculations Justifying Project Decisions; • Specification Of Construction Products (Materials, Products, Sets And Systems) Intended For Installation With Technical Requirements For Them In Accordance With Current Norms And Standards In Accordance With Art. 142, Para. 7 Of The Zut; • Detailed Quantity Account And Detailed Quantity-Value Account. Activity No. 2 Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works - The Participants In The Construction And The Relationships Between Them On The Project Are Determined By The Requirements Of Part Three, Section Ii Of The Zut.
