The Subject Of The Order Includes The Investors Supervision Of The Project Engineer Over The Implementation Of The Project Titled: Improvement Of Flood Safety Through The Modernization Of The Embankments Of The Vistula, Gostynka And Mleczna Rivers In The Bieruń-Lędziny District And The City Of Tychy During The Period Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services, Along With Material And Financial Settlement Of The Performed Works, Supplies And Services, Geological And Surveying Services And Reporting Of Services. Investor Supervision Is To Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Contract(S) With The Contractor(S) Of Construction Works, His/Her Price Offer And Design Documentation (Dp), Specification Of The Principles Of Operation Of The Project Engineer (Szd), Detailed Technical Specification - Surveying Investment Service (Ogi Ip), General Technical Specification (St) As Well As Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Sst), Description Subject Of The Contract For Construction Works (Opz), As Part Of The Project In Question. . The Ordering Party Provides For An Option Right, Which Entitles It To Extend The Period Of The Engineers Supervision Over Construction Works, Indicated In §55 Section 2 Agreements, For A Maximum Of 10 Months. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Claim The Option Right, This Is The Exclusive Right Of The Ordering Party. The Engineer Is Not Entitled To Resign From The Implementation Of The Agreement Within The Scope Of The Option Right. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Agreement To The Full Extent, I.E. Both The Basic Order And The One Covered By The Option Right. .
