Delivery Of A Solution That Can Be Operated Both Through The Supplier And By Another External Entity Or The Contracting Authority Itself. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of Performance Is Defined In The Draft Contract Listed In Annex No. 1 Of The Zd, In Particular In: A) Annex No. 1A Of The Draft Contract (Technical Requirements) And In Annex No. 1B Of The Draft Contract (End Systems And Number Of Users), Which Are An Integral Part Of The Draft Contract. B) Article Vi Paragraph 10 And Article Vii Of The Draft Agreement, Which Governs The Licensing Conditions.
