The Tender Relates To The Framework Agreement For The Purchase And Delivery Of Forging Services And Pre-Insulated Pipes For Ringsted Fjernvarme A/S. The Tender Is Carried Out As A Limited Tender, Cf. The Supply Companies Directive (Directive 2014/25/Eu Of 26/2 2014), Which Means That Pre-Qualified Suppliers Can Make Offers. Suppliers Can Apply To Be Pre-Qualified/Selected To Be Able To Submit Offers. Among The Applicants, 5 Bidders Will Be Selected Who All Meet The Suitability Criteria And Who Are Assessed To Be The 5 Best Applicants. This Process Is Further Described In The Tender Conditions, Chapter Ii – Prequalification Phase. The 5 Bidders Then Have The Opportunity To Submit Bids. This Is Further Described In Chapter Iii Of The Tender Conditions – Tender Phase. A Framework Agreement Will Be Entered Into With 3 Of The 5 Tenderers. During The Agreement Period, Mini-Tenders Will Be Held Where The 3 Suppliers Can Submit Offers For Smaller Tasks And The Large Projects, Respectively. This Is Described In More Detail In Chapter Iv Of The Tender Conditions – Mini-Tender During The Contract Period.
