Construction Work – Tender For The Main Contract For The Renovation Of Taastrupgaard - Stages 2 And 3. The Fremtidens Taastrupgaard Project Is The Last Two Stages Of A Total Of 3 Stages. The Taastrupgaard Of The Future Is Part Of An Overall Comprehensive Plan For The Taastrupgaard Area. The Entire Neighborhood And The Homes Must Have A Significant Quality Boost And Must At The Same Time Meet The Requirements Of The Parallel Society Package Adopted By The Danish Parliament. Stages 2 And 3 Deal With The Renovation Of 19 Blocks Incl. Demolition Work And Ground Work. This Is A Thorough Renovation, Where The Facades Are Replaced Or Re-Insulated, A New Heating Supply, A New Ventilation System, New Electrical Installations, New Balconies, New Floors And Kitchens Are Established. In Addition, 2 Entire Blocks Will Be Demolished. As Part Of The Facade Renovation, All The Long Facades Of The Buildings Are Removed, And The Supporting Columns Are Sealed To Prevent The Release Of Pcbs. On Several Blocks, Parts Of The Building Are Taken Down/Scaled Down. As An Integral Part Of The Project, Significant Terrain And Paving Works Are Also Included In The Project. In Stage 2, Which Is Carried Out First, 301 Dwellings Are Included, Which Will Be Reduced To 214 Dwellings. In Stage 3, Which Will Be Carried Out Afterwards, 221 Homes Will Be Included, Which Will Be Reduced To 183 Homes. Stages 2 And 3 Include A Total Of 522 Homes, Which Will Be Reduced To 397 Homes. In Addition, Stages 2 And 3 Contain The Following Housing Changes: Relabelling - 14 Smaller Homes Are Changed To Youth Housing - 18 Homes Are Changed To Accessibility Housing Densification - 46 Homes Are Merged Into 23 Homes Demolition - 102 Homes Are Completely Demolished Housing Changes - 24 Homes Are Changed To Drive-In Homes
