Construction Work – Works Contract For The Renovation Of Building A And Demolition Of Building F For The Overall Renovation And Extension Of The Lycée Pierre De Coubertin In Meaux (77). Building A: (12,187 M² Of Usable Space) Is Made Up Of A Basement, A Ground Floor Level, And 4 Floors. Building F: (955 M² Of Usable Space) Current Gymnasium Located In Front Of The Athletics Track, Will Be Demolished At The End Of The Project, Following The Construction Of Building G, A More Spacious Gymnasium Meeting Current Safety Standards. Added To This, As Part Of This Consultation, Is The Extension Of The Ppms In Buildings B And E, And The Demolition Of The Weight Room. The Contract Is At A Mixed Price: Global And Fixed Price For The Rehabilitation Work Of Building A And The Demolition Of Building F As Part Of The Overall Renovation And Extension, And At Unit Prices For The Asbestos Removal Work Which Will Be Carried Out By Applying Unit Prices To The Bpu To The Quantities Actually Executed/Ordered. This Purchase Order Part Is Concluded In Accordance With Article R2162-4-2° With No Minimum And Only A Maximum Set At €2,096,978 Excluding Tax Over The Entire Duration Of The Contract. To Promote Employment And Combat Exclusion, The Île-De-France Region Has Decided To Apply The Provisions Of Articles L2112-2 To L2112-4 Of The Public Procurement Code By Including In This Public Contract A Compulsory Social Integration Clause. The Contract Includes An Environmental Clause Relating To Waste, Reuse, The Circular Economy, A Low-Nuisance Construction Site Charter And A Bim Process Clause. Pursuant To Article R. 2122-7 Of The Public Procurement Code, Contracts Aimed At Providing Services Similar To Those Entrusted To It Under This Contract (Ce15 – High And Weak Current Electricity, Ce 17 Earthworks – Vrd, Ce 18 Asbestos Removal & Deconstruction) May Be Awarded As Part Of A Negotiated Procedure Without Advertising Or Competitive Bidding.
