This Assignment Concerns, On The One Hand, The Purchase, Installation, Implementation And Maintenance Of An Ivdr-Compliant Hemostasis Analysis Device Including Training And All Required It Connections And Implementations Such As Middleware And Bidirectional Glims Connection (Glims Version 9). The System Provides Sufficient Charging Capacity And Can Handle The Daily Load Of The Service. The Needs Of The Lab Do Not Exceed The 60 Samples On Board. This Assignment Also Concerns The Recording Of A Framework Agreement For: - All Required Ivdr Certified Reagents, - All Required Quality Controls, - All Required Consumables. Since The Laboratory Does Not Have A Backup Analysis Device, Great Importance Will Be Attached To The Performance Of The Device And The Services Offered By The Tenderer When Evaluating The Quotations. The Quotes Will Be Evaluated Based On The Total Cost Of Ownership (Tco). For This Evaluation, The Contracting Authority Takes Into Account All Costs Associated With The Acquisition, Use, Maintenance And Possible Disposal Of The Device, Calculated Over An Assumed Useful Life Of Ten (10) Years.
