The Agreement Is Divided Into Two (2) Parts: - Part A: Quarterly Tests And Fault Reporting And On-Call - Part B: Installation, Commissioning, Integration, Delivery Of Goods. This Includes Installation Of New Facilities And Remodeling Of Existing Facilities Where The Customer Performs Tenant Adaptations. The Services Will Be Performed In Properties Owned And/Or Managed By Kapellskärs Hamn Ab And Stockholms Hamn Ab, Incl. Stockholm Norvik Harbor And Nynäshamn Harbour. The Fire And Evacuation Alarms And Sprinklers Are Located In The Customers Properties, Both Properties That The Customer Uses Themselves But Also Rented Properties. For The Agreement, The General Regulations For Turnkey Contracting Regarding Building, Construction And Installation Contracts (Abt 06) Apply. The Customer Intends To Sign An Agreement With One (1) Contractor. The Basis For Evaluation Is The Most Economically Advantageous Tender Based On Price. The Estimated Turnover Of The Agreement Is Four Million (4,000,000) Swedish Kronor/Year. The Maximum Value Of The Agreement Is Forty-Four Million (44,000,000) Swedish Kronor For The Entire Agreement Period Of Eight (8) Years. This Procurement Is Not Divided Into Contract Areas. The Contractor Must Submit Tenders For All Requested Services.
