The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of The Hospital System With The Possibility Of Electronic Signature Of Documents Using Devices For Collecting Signatures And E-Id Readers - Purchase Of A System For Digitizing Documentation Requiring A Patients Signature In A Medical Facility And Integrating It With The His Clininet System Owned By The Ordering Party, Together With The Supply Of Devices For Digitizing Signatures And Displaying Content, Training For Staff And Support Services, Including In Particular The Performance Of The Following Tasks: I. Delivery Of Equipment For Digitizing Patient Consents, Including: A. Digital Pens (16 Pieces), B. Screens With Screen Holders Mounted To The Tabletop (5 Pieces), C. Mobile Tablets (22 Pieces), D. Scanners (5 Pieces), Ii. Implementation Of Software For Digitizing Patient Consents, Including: A. Conducting Pre-Implementation Analysis. B. Delivery Of System Licenses In The Number Of 48 Pieces. C. Installation Of An Automatic Documentation Digitization System Along With Integration With The Existing His Clininet Medical System Environment In The Ordering Partys Unit. D. Conducting Training In The Administration And Use Of The System. E. Preparation Of Form Documentation. F. Provision Of Service Support And Authors Supervision For All Transferred Licenses For The System For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Completion Of Implementation. Iii.
