The Contracting Authority Shall Procure The Hire Or Purchase Of Module Based Temporary School Premises For Hunndalen Secondary School. The System Shall Be Established For A Use Period Of 24 Months, With The Planned Start-Up June 2027, And With Options For Early Establishment And Extension Of The Hire Period On A Monthly Basis. The Procurement Includes A Complete Module School With The Necessary Teaching Areas, Group Rooms, Special Rooms, Adapted Departments, Administration Areas, Work Places, Libraries And Storage Areas, In Accordance With The Attached Room And Function Requirements. Physical Education Is To Be Taken Up Outside The Modular School. The Delivery Shall Meet The Current Requirements In Tek17, Regulations On Environmental Orientated Healthcare, The Workplace Regulations And Other Relevant Technical And Authority Requirements. If The Establishment Involves Construction Work, The Builder Regulations Apply. The Contractor Shall Deliver The Complete Establishment, Technical Completion And Operational Test At The Latest Four Weeks Before The Start-Up, As Well As Document Energy Performance, Re-Use Systems And Operational Efficiency.
