The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Transport And Management Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste, Separately Collected Waste And Bio-Waste From The City And Commune Of Ostroróg, Collected From Real Estate Where Residents Live And From Real Estate Used For Recreational Purposes For Part Of The Year (Area Of ​​Gardens And Orchards With Accompanying Buildings). 1.2. Collection, Transport And Management Of Large-Sized Waste, Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment As Well As Textiles And Clothing From A Traveling Collection Organized Once A Year (In May) In The City And Commune Of Ostroróg. 1.3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Providing Property Owners With Bags For Selective Waste Collection: Paper And Cardboard, Glass And Packaging Waste Made Of Glass, Plastics, Metals And Multi-Material Packaging Waste With The Appropriate Inscription And In The Appropriate Color In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 1.4. Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste Collected Separately At The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, Located In Zapust And Run By The Ostroróg Commune. The Ordering Party Will Be Responsible For Pszoks Services In Accepting Waste From Property Owners. The Frequency Of Waste Collection From Pszok Will Depend On The Amount Of Waste Delivered From Residents. Each Waste Collection From Pszok Will Be Arranged By Phone, Providing The Estimated Quantity And Waste Code By The Contractor. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer Municipal Waste From Pszok Only To Entities With Appropriate Waste Management Permits Or - If It Manages The Waste On Its Own - It Will Be Obliged To Have The Required Waste Management Permits. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver Copies Of These Permits Within The Deadline Specified By The Ordering Party. 1.5. Equipping The Pszok Area With Containers. The Contractor Of The Task Is Obliged To Equip The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point With Containers For Collecting All Waste Collected On The Premises Of Pszok, In Accordance With The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Ostroróg Commune. Containers Must Meet All Requirements Specified In Legal Regulations And Applicable Standards And Must Be Suitable/Adequate For Collecting A Given Waste Fraction, They Must Also Have Appropriate Markings Regarding The Fraction Of Collected Waste, And They Should Be As Easy To Operate/Use As Possible By Pszok Staff And Residents. 1.6.
