Street-Lighting Maintenance Services – Maintenance And Operation Of Road Lighting On The Property Of The City Of Gorzów Wielkopolski. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Procedure Is The Provision Of Services In The Scope Of The Task Of Maintaining And Operating Road Lighting And Performing The Duties Of An Emergency Lighting Service. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Concern The Removal Of Failures In The Event Of Natural Disasters. After Receiving A Telephone Report From The Ordering Party Or Another Entity, E.G. The Police, City Guard Or A Private Person, Regarding A Failure Of The Street Lighting Network, The Contractor Is To Immediately Start Repair Work And Inform The Ordering Party By Telephone About Its Removal. In The Event Of Circumstances That Make It Difficult To Remove The Failure Or Delay The Repair, The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party About This Fact. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Take Over From The Ordering Party, Free Of Charge, Recycled Lighting Poles Whose Technical Condition Is In Good Technical Condition For Their Future Installation In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. During The Duration Of The Contract, The Number Of Poles To Be Taken Over Will Not Exceed 30 Pieces. The Scope Of Maintenance And Operation Works Covered By This Procedure Applies Only To Lighting Devices Owned By The Ordering Party. The Order Envisages Taking Into Operation, During The Contractual Period, Newly Constructed Lighting Devices And Handed Over To The City Of Gorzów Wielkopolski By Enea Ozdrowienie Sp. Z O. O.
