Miscellaneous Engineering Services – Caese Drinking Water Supply Master Plan (31 Municipalities) Development And Implementation Of A Water Sanitary Management And Safety Plan (Pgsse). The Study Pursues The Following Main Objectives: - To Have Complete, Reliable And Up-To-Date Knowledge Of The Caese Drinking Water Service, Covering The Resource, Structures, Networks, Water Quality, Operation And Consumption, By Capitalizing On Existing Data And Previous Studies. - Evaluate The Quality Of The Resource And The Health Safety Of Drinking Water In All Sectors, Identify And Prioritize Risks, And Propose Appropriate Prevention, Monitoring, Treatment And Organization Measures. - Set Up And Structure The Necessary Digital Tools (Geographic Information System, Hydraulic And Quality Models, Needs/Resources Assessments) In Order To Analyze The Functioning Of The Systems, Locate Weak Points And Support Asset Management. - Define A Global Strategy For Securing And Optimizing The Service (Interconnections, Networks, Fight Against Leaks, Renewal Of Equipment, Adaptation To Future Needs), Consistent With The Planning Documents And The Caese Water Conservation Strategy. - Formalize, At The Community Scale, A Drinking Water Supply Master Plan And A Pgsse, Accompanied By A Prioritized And Costed Action Program. - Integrate An Economic Component Making It Possible To Develop A Budgetary And Pricing Strategy Compatible With Investment Needs, The Renewal Policy And The Performance Objectives Of The Service.
