The Scope Of The Project Includes In Particular: - The Modernization Of Airport Functions And Reconfiguration Of Existing Ones On The City Side - The Modernization Of Airport Functions And Reconfiguration Of Existing Ones On The Runway Side - The Modernization Of Airport Functions And Reconfiguration Of Baggage Sorting - The Reconfiguration Of Aircraft Stands The Opc Will Be Entrusted With The Missions Of Organization, Planning, Coordination And Management Of The Terminal 2 Modernization Project In The Design Study, Execution Study And Construction Phase:  Mission Opc In The Design Phase - Involved In All Phases Of Design Study (Aps/Apd/Avp/Pro), Building Permit (Submission Of A Phased Permit) And Act, - Establishment Of The General Schedule Of The Operation, - Responsible For The Organizational And Temporal Parts Of The General Planning Of The Operation, - Determination Of Detailed Phasing Books Allowing Visualization Of The Spatial Organization Of The Work, Continuity Of Operation And Planning Of The Operation In Connection With Project Management,  Opc Mission In The Dce Phase - Drafting Of Parts Of The Documents In The Tender Documents Relating To Deadlines, The Phasing Of The Work, The Implementation Constraints Linked To The Surroundings Of The Site, - Establish The Dce Documents Of Its Scope And Ensure The Analysis Of The Companies Offers,  Opc Mission In The Construction Phase, Operations Prior To Reception And Commissioning - Establishment Of All The Schedules Necessary To The Operation For The Site Or For The Client, - Scheduling, Coordination, Control And Management Of Execution Studies And Works, - Spatial Organization Of Work With Summary Plan Of Site Installations - Ensure Monitoring Of Client, Safety And Security Procedures, - Ensure Operational Coordination Of Interfaces Between All Stakeholders In The Operation,  Opc Client Mission - Coordinate Interfaces With The Operational Part Of The Airport Between The Different Amp Stakeholders And Clients Of Amp, - Ensures A Coordinating Role In Order To Maintain The Operational Continuity Of The Services Of The Moa And All The Companies Impacted By The Project, Both In The Design Studies Phase And In The Execution Studies And Works. - Ensure The Continuous Interface Between The Operational Services Of The Amp And The Opc - Prepare And Manage Intervention Sheets Dedicated Mainly To Amp Services And Clients Expected Skills: - Expertise In Project Management And Complex Planning - Large-Scale Project Pilot - Expert Planner - Scheduling Of Large Macro-Batches - Management Of Interfaces Between Different Client Operations
