The Construction Unit Of The Streets And Parks Service Area Of ​​The City Of Vantaa Is Requesting A Total Contract Offer At A Unit Price For Work Related To The Construction Of Outdoor Lighting And Electrical Technology In Public Areas For The Period September 1, 2026 - August 30, 2028. The Contract Can Be Extended By The Mutual Agreement Of The Service Provider And The Subscriber After The Contract Period For A Maximum Of One (1) Two (2) Year Period. The Quantities Of Units In The Offer Form Are Not Procurement Quantities, And The Customer Does Not Commit To Specific Procurement Quantities. Based On The Bids, Two (2) Contractors Will Be Selected For The Framework Arrangement. In The Arrangement, A Priority Order Is Created, Where The Most Affordable Bidder Is Number One (1) And The Next Cheapest Is Number Two (2). For Projects Covered By The Framework Agreement, The Following Procurement Procedure Is Used: Procurement Within The Framework Arrangement Is Requested From The Contractors Selected For The Framework Arrangement According To The Order Of Priority. Before Placing The Order, The Customer Inquires About The Possibilities Of The Number One (1) Contractor To Perform The Work In Accordance With The Boundary Conditions Set By The Customer. The Contractor Must Respond To The Aforementioned Inquiry Within 7 Days. If A Response Or Order Confirmation Is Not Delivered Within The Aforementioned Time Frame, The Absence Of A Response Can Be Interpreted As A Negative Response And The Client Will Order The Work From The Contractor In The Next Priority Order. If Desired, The Customer Can Also Bid For Projects Covered By The Framework Agreement As A Separate Procurement.
