Salvage And Refloating Services – Excavation, Transport And Disposal Of The Stułbia Dredge Wreck. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Extraction, Transport And Disposal Of The Wreck Of The Stułbia Dredger, Lying At The Bottom Of The Baltic Sea, In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Head Of The Eastern Breakwater Currently Under Renovation, East Of The Entrance To The Sea Port In Ustka. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: 1) Safe Removal Of The Wreck From The Bottom Of The Reservoir, Which Constitutes An Obstacle And A Potential Threat To Navigation And The Environment, Transport Of The Excavated Wreck To The Disposal Site And Its Disposal, 2) Ensuring Safety In The Area Of The Reservoir By Eliminating The Risk Resulting From The Wreck, E.G. Mechanical Or Chemical Hazards, 3) Protection Of The Aquatic Environment Against Further Pollution And Degradation, In Particular By Preventing Leaks Of Substances Petroleum Derivatives Or Other Hazardous Materials, 4) Comprehensive Cleaning Of The Bottom Of The Reservoir From The Remains Of The Wreck And Its Elements In A Way That Guarantees The Absence Of Negative Environmental Effects. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Conditions For The Provision Of The Service And The Obligations Of The Contractor Are Specified In The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing The Activities Described In § 1 Section 12 Agreement; - The Method Of Documenting Employment Is Specified In § 1 Section 15 Agreement; - The Ordering Partys Control Rights Are Specified In § 1 Section 16-17 Agreements; - Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In § 11 Section 1B) Agreement. 5. Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Agreement, The Contractor Must Be Insured Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For An Insured Amount Not Lower Than The Value Of The Contractors Gross Remuneration For One And All Events.
